TSE welcomes Jacques Cremer ( CNRS Research Director , TSE researcher ) on his appointment to the French Digital Council by the government represented by Emmanuel Macron and Axelle Lemaire . The mission of this independent body is to enlighten the government and formulate opinions on all matters related to the digital impact on society and on the economy . He is also co- founder of the Digital Chair launched by Fleur Pellerin and Jean Tirole in 2015 and host of TNIT, the global network of Digital economists.
