After the prestigious Pritzker Prize awarded to the architects in March 2020, Grafton Architects and Vigneu & Zilio Architects are now awarded the Prize Equerre d'Argent 2020.
The jury, chaired by the architect Marc Barani, comments the building: "An achievement that creates an interior climate and brings breath, that embodies a spatial virtuosity that is never gratuitous. A "celestial cave", a "sky cloister", in which air circulates. The building fits into this complex site with great intelligence. While asserting itself, it shows great sensitivity to the local situation."
This prize recognizes the best of architectural production in France.
