Abstract
fter a brief analysis of current market-based carbon policies, their advances and shortcomings, this talk will discuss how companies should respond to the challenge, in particular motives to adopt voluntary policies beyond regulatory minima, disclosure about carbon, the adoption and use of an internal price of carbon, the scope of corporate carbon strategies, and the use of offsets.
